A blog full of free resources, inspirations and yoga.
Our english dictionary defines failure as “to be unsuccessful at accomplishing a purpose.” The etymology of fail comes from the latin “fallure” which is related to the word “deceive” or “fall”. Failing is Falling. No big deal, and great actually! We must also know when the time is right to get back up. Sometimes it takes a good fall to really know where you stand.
Svaha, literally translated as “purely spoken”, “letting it go into the fire/of the deity of fire itself,” denotes an ending to any phase or cycle. Commit to my 21 day interactive workbook of assignments, a list of daily recipes in stillness to gain nothing at all but the identity of the indweller of Divinity (kind of a big deal!).
This was the beginning of what I feel like is me coming home. Now, this year, 2018, I am that. All of the above. I am at home and at peace in the teachings and the invaluable experiences of my colorful, well-established, ever-changing and well-traveled life. I am also celebrating exactly 20 years of teaching yoga and the healing arts FULL TIME!
