The map may be more familiar than we currently “think”. There is always an inner teacher within you. It is a Divinely gifted compass.
Emotions are related to survival, heightening the sympathetic nervous system. Everything we do can further stabilize or destabilize our emotional health. If attended to, our basic self assists us as adults with healthy emotional responses…

Recently I received correspondence from a person I hadn’t intimately spoken to in a few years that I felt I was very close to. They offered endearing words that somehow tied a bow back onto a broken branch of the heart from a once unified tree between us. The last discussion hadn’t ended bad but it definitely had friction, word throws, differences and core punches.
I think of myself as original as I do you. Originality is my inherent birth right as it is yours. My overarching resolution is to always rest in my origin, to be my inherent nature. I desire this for you. Originality is a voice, not an echo.
Our english dictionary defines failure as “to be unsuccessful at accomplishing a purpose.” The etymology of fail comes from the latin “fallure” which is related to the word “deceive” or “fall”. Failing is Falling. No big deal, and great actually! We must also know when the time is right to get back up. Sometimes it takes a good fall to really know where you stand.
